The night before the wedding your stomach will probably be full of so many butterflies. This is going to be a very exciting time. While you wait there are a few things you can do to make sure you feel great on your wedding day.
Get a good night’s rest!
You might want to stay up preparing, but it’s best to let your family handle everything and just get some rest. You’ve done enough preparing it’s time to unwind before the big day.
You might want to drink a soothing tea to calm your nerves and help you get to bed.
You can give yourself a face mask to make sure you’re fresh faced in the morning, and if you’re getting make up day you’ll be a clean palette to work on.
You should probably get a manicure that day. There will be lots of close ups of the ring so you want your hands looking good.
Have your dress hanging up and covered somewhere. Lay out what you are going to wear before you put on your dress. Have all your undergarments, jewelry , and shoes somewhere you want forget. You might want to have a wedding bag full of wedding day essentials. Put this together the day before so you do not have to worry about a thing the day of.
Personally I would not suggest having the bachelor/bachelorette party the night before the wedding like the tradition suggests. Especially if your night is going to include alcohol. You do not want to risk being hungover on your wedding day. Even if you’re not getting drunk alcohol is known to bloat, so it’s best to save that for another day. You also don’t want to be sleepy the day of your wedding, so staying up all night is obviously not a good idea.
Whatever you chose to do make sure it’s relaxing. You want to be full of energy and in a good mood for your wedding day.
